We come to the completion of the temple project in Jerusalem; the finalization of all that was set out to accomplish. A great day of celebration of the people of God as they dedicate the temple and themselves in diligent and joyful worship.
From this great ceremony we learn about God's power with regard to the church and her ministry. We learn about the nature of worship as it is endued with power from on-high. From the heights of praise we see what we ought to pursue, look forward to, and pray for, as the people of God in a time of need.
