This week from Ezra, we study the language of chapter 5: "the eye of God," as a description of his generous and protective works with regard to his people. Here we see in manifold display, great blessings and provisions upon the returned exiles in their call to rebuild the temple, as the Lord watches over the work.
Listen, as we uncover what protective and provisionary mercies we as Christians enjoy today. As we build in the kingdom, God has secured great effectiveness for us in Christ, a special confidence we can gain from the example here.
